Responsibilities:
* Independent troubleshooting within SLA
* Manage Customer escalations
* Implementation of Six sigma projects
* Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
* Troubleshooting technical issues related to Network/Server/Storage devices
* Handling tickets/Requests
* Ensuring Datacenter uptime according to SLAs
* Implementing New technologies and Design changes
* Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
* Responsible for building and maintaining Test environment
* Update the knowledge base
* Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
* Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
* Participate in monthly QA audits
* Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain)
* Designation GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)
Desired Profile:
* B.Tech (CS/IT/EEE/ECE/E&I)
* 60% throughout in academics, No current backlogs
* 2013 pass out only
Terms & Conditions:
* Willing to relocate anywhere in India/Abroad
* Willing to sign the bond of 18 months and probation of 15 months
* Willing to work in 24*7 environment
* CTC: 2.16 LPA for first 3 months, 2.75 LPA from 4th month onwards
